PAOLA STYRON (Aerialist, Dancer, Associate Director for RIDE) has been a leading performer and collaborator with choreographer/ director Martha Clarke for over twenty years. Some of the award-winning productions which Ms. Styron helped to create and in which she toured world-wide, include: Off Broadway: "The Garden of Earthly Delights"; "Vienna: Lusthaus"; "Vienna: Lusthaus (Revisited)"; "The Hunger Artist"; "Miracolo d'Amore"; "Vers la Flamme" (Lincoln Center Great Performers Series); "Marco Polo" and "Orfeo ed Euridice" (New York City Opera); "Hans Christian Andersen" (A.C.T.); "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (A.R.T.); "Belle Epoque" (Lincoln Center Theater) From 1990-2000 she was also Associate Artistic Director of the critically acclaimed Faustwork Mask Theater. With renowned Canadian soloist Margie Gillis, Ms. Styron is a frequent guest artist for both stage and film. She is engaged with numerous ensembles for her work in both dance and theater. Paola has collaborated with the company Flying by Foy as a pre-eminent aerialist for the past twenty years.
